Kenneth J. Fortier, MD, FACOG
Dr. Ken Fortier is a preeminent provider of women’s healthcare known throughout the triangle for his compassionate, personalized, patient-centered practice style. He has been on the faculty of obstetrics and gynecology at both Duke and UNC.
After graduating from Dartmouth College (summa cum laude) and Dartmouth Medical School, he trained in obstetrics and gynecology and joined the faculty at Duke University School of Medicine [where he was known for his patient-centered care and his teaching]. He has since enjoyed private practice of ob/gyn in Raleigh and being a Clinical Professor at UNC School of Medicine.
He has established Fortier Gynecology as an intentionally small and intimate practice for both well-woman and expert gynecologic care as a place where women can feel comfortable and receive truly personalized professional care from a doctor and staff who know them. He hopes to provide respite from the often rushed and sometimes impersonal experiences in larger more corporate practices.

Hello! My name is Saudia Jones. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and currently an ICU Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of profound, hands-on healthcare experience. I am also pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing to become an APRN, FNP-C, further expanding my ability to care for patients across the entire lifespan.
Working in the intensity of critical care has shaped me in extraordinary ways. The ICU introduced me to complex disease processes, advanced intervention-based treatments, and the true interconnectedness of the human body. Seeing firsthand how illness develops—and how often it can be prevented—sparked a deep passion in me for preventative-based medicine and patient education. I wanted to do more than treat people when they were critically ill; I wanted to keep them healthy, empowered, and out of the hospital long before complications arise.
That passion eventually led me to wellness medicine, including IV Vitamin Therapy and IV Hydration, where I learned how proper nutrition, restorative sleep, regular movement, and infusion-based therapies can dramatically improve health and support disease prevention.
As I continued to grow in my nursing career, I also discovered something equally powerful:
When you feel good on the inside, you naturally begin to take better care of yourself on the outside.
This belief inspired me to expand into aesthetic medicine—a beautiful blend of science, artistry, and wellness.
